Service Express Employer Brand Content

At Service Express, our #PeoplePowered culture is what drives us forward. That's why employer brand content was one of the main types of content I was working on for our social media. This content included team spotlights, employee features, and benefits highlights. My goal was to reflect the company culture while celebrating the people who make it so strong. I loved learning about each employee’s and team’s accomplishments and writing copy that genuinely showcased their stories.

Since I joined the team in May 2024, this content and others have contributed to strong, consistent growth across our social media channels. On Instagram, engagement grew by 13.5%, and net follower growth jumped by 46.5%. LinkedIn also saw impressive gains, with a 27% increase in engagement and a 9.9% rise in net follower growth. Additionally, we achieved a big milestone in January 2025 when we surpassed 50,000 followers on LinkedIn!
