Bitmap Project

During this project, I was tasked with creating a working typeface using only squares aka a "bitmap" or "modular" typeface. The typeface was required to be drawn by hand on grid paper to start and then transition to a digital medium via Adobe Illustrator. The deliverables for the project were an alphabet spec page (with at least 40 characters), a title page, a typeface rules page, a word specimen page, a pangram page, and favorite character pages. I also took time after the project to create a "gif" with sound for a display opportunity.
